Abdirizak Roba Duba – Managing Partner

Abdirizak Roba is the Founding and Managing Partner of Roba & Associates Advocates LLP and an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over 8 years of distinguished practice. He is widely recognised for his strategic thinking, persuasive advocacy, and ability to handle complex matters across civil and criminal litigation, commercial and corporate law, tax and public procurement, intellectual property, employment, administrative law, and family and succession issues. 

He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Moi University, a Master’s in International Commercial Law specialising in International Trade and Maritime Law from Buckingham University, London, and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. Abdirizak is also a registered Patent Agent (KIPI) and an Associate Arbitrator (CIArb), bringing precision, insight, and fairness to dispute resolution. Beyond practice, he lectures law at Chuka University, mentoring students and guiding moot court participants, reflecting his commitment to shaping the next generation of legal minds.
