Peter O. Oginga – Partner

Peter Oginga is a Partner at Roba & Associates Advocates LLP, where he leads matters in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. An Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of the Law Society of Kenya, he joined the firm in 2021 following his admission to the Bar on 2nd March 2021. Peter is recognised for his meticulous approach, strategic thinking, and energetic advocacy, consistently delivering well-reasoned and persuasive legal solutions in complex matters.

His practice spans employment and labour law, constitutional law, personal injury and insurance law, family law, probate and succession, and corporate law.
