Abdirizak Roba is the founder and managing partner of Roba & Associates. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya bringing over six years of expertise.
Abdirizak is more than a legal professional; he’s a registered patent agent with the Kenya Industrial Property Institute (KIPI). His role as an Associate Arbitrator with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIARB) ensures your disputes find swift and fair resolutions. In addition to his practice, Abdirizak Roba contributes to the legal community as a Law Lecturer at Chuka University, imparting his wealth of knowledge and fostering the next generation of legal professionals. He has considerable lecturing and practical experience in the areas of Evidence Law, Civil Law, Conveyancing and Family Law. Abdirizak’s dedication to legal education extends beyond the classroom, as he actively nurtures and mentors young students, encouraging them including their participation in Moot Court Competitions, providing them with practical exposure and a platform to hone their advocacy skills.
