Peter Oginga is a Partner at Roba & Associates Advocates LLP, where he leads matters in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. An Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of the Law Society of Kenya. Mr. Oginga previously worked as a salaried Partner at Mwiti, Abdirizak & Odero (MAO) Advocates, LLP, and Matenge Mwiti Advocates, following his admission to the bar on 2nd March, 2021. Sometime in 2025 when he joined the firm of Roba & Associates Advocates, LLP, as a partner. Oginga is recognized for his meticulous approach, strategic thinking, and energetic advocacy, consistently delivering well-reasoned and persuasive legal solutions in complex matters.

His practice spans employment and labour law, constitutional law, personal injury and insurance law, family law, probate and succession, and corporate law.
