- Acted for and successfully represented ECDE teachers in a suit against the SRC which was seeking to unlawfully reduce the ECDE teachers’ salaries to below the national, statutory minimum wage.
- Represented a union in a case in which their elections were being challenged.
- Acted for a client in a matter in which the Union’s branch sought injunctions restraining and/or stopping the disbandment of the branch executive committee of the union. We managed to have the application dismissed for being incompetent.
- Acted for a union in a case against the County government of Marsabit involving the removal of its members from the county payroll.
